Flanders between plain, sea and marshes
 

You'll be staying with us, in our house, and we'll be there for you during your stay.
You'll find peace and quiet in this old farmhouse, which has been completely renovated.
The house is situated in the middle of French Flanders, from where you can travel to Cassel, Dunkerque, Saint-Omer and Clairmarais.

For our English friends or others, the port of Dunkirk (ferry) is only 30 minutes from the house and that of Calais 50 minutes.
 
Dunkirk and Ypres are also close by.
 
Accommodation
 
You will be staying with us, in our house, and we will be there for you during your stay.
You'll be in the countryside, far from the noise of the city. You'll probably hear a cock crow in the morning, but you'll certainly have had a good night's sleep!
Do you fancy a game of pool at the end of the day or a spot of fishing in the morning or evening?
Our swimming pool will always be at your disposal, but don't forget that you're in the North...
Everything will be available for you at no extra charge!
Of course, we're here to listen to you, and based on our experiences with Airbnb as travellers, we try to do our utmost to satisfy you as much as we would like to when we go travelling!

You can use the kitchen, the billiards room, the small lake for fishing and the grounds to relax in the beautiful countryside.
 During your stay
 
Of course there is Wifi throughout the house.
For travellers arriving in the evening and as we are in the countryside, we offer a simple meal (soup, pasta gratin with fresh fried eggs + dessert) for €12 per adult and €7 per child (under 10).
In the morning, we offer a simple breakfast, with bread, jam, Nutella, coffee, tea and hot chocolate always available.
Other comments
We are a family of 5, so the house lives! But now only our youngest is with us.
You won't be in a completely neutral hotel room. You're bound to find a few imperfections, but please bear with us and, above all, let us know straight away - we'll always be ready to listen!
